Army Selects Dell and its Partners for Service Desk for 2.4 Million Users - Army Enterprise Service Desk Officially Opens in Oklahoma City

More than 200 highly-trained agents have been added to Dell’s staff to provide customer service across the globe to members of the Active Duty, National Guard, Reserves, DA Civilian and select contractor workforce having an Army Knowledge Online (AKO) account that grants access to Army web assets, tools and services worldwide.
